During this apartment search adventure, I must have visited around 11 houses. With 6 different agents and several real estate agencies. Without a doubt, the professionalism and availability of this agency cannot be compared with any other. I was very lucky to have Leon as my commercial advisor. A great in the industry, he is a life saver when it comes to one of the biggest decisions in life, which is buying your first home. Great service

I conducted a "casting" among several real estate agencies to sell my house. The first two wanted to make the contract directly with the photos I took with my mobile phone and without seeing the house. At StartGroup, I contacted David Hemmings, who first wanted to see the house and then made a magnificent photographic report and interactive video. Throughout the sales process, the professionalism and kindness of the team have been excellent and have gone beyond what I believe was their strictly professional obligation, especially by León Ruiz, with whom I have dealt the most. I have sold my house and I can only thank them for making all the procedures easy for me, as I live 600 kilometers away.

Regarding the sale of our apartment through Start Group. In short, very efficient. We asked a representative from Start group to come to the property for a valuation. We already had an educated idea as to what the property could be worth and the indicated sale price was very close. After a bit of rationalisation a start price was agreed. Within 4 weeks a sensible offer was made and accepted. All the documentation was in place, a preferred completion date was requested, the sale/legal process went through in just over 4 months.
