Regarding the sale of our apartment through Start Group. In short, very efficient. We asked a representative from Start group to come to the property for a valuation. We already had an educated idea as to what the property could be worth and the indicated sale price was very close. After a bit of rationalisation a start price was agreed. Within 4 weeks a sensible offer was made and accepted. All the documentation was in place, a preferred completion date was requested, the sale/legal process went through in just over 4 months. Professional help with our property sale in Calahonda Golf

We decided to sell our apartment in Calahonda in November 2021 and visited Startgroup's offices in Calahonda. We quickly got the impression that the company had in-depth knowledge of the area. They knew exactly where my apartment was and what price it should be marketed at.
